The present document determines the rules mandatory for the Customer while using the Provider's Product.
The Customer is forbidden:
- Edit, publish, hand over, reproduce and distribute in any way the Product protected in to or in part by the copyrights or other rights without the owner's permission;
- Hand over the access rights (of the authorized access codes) to the Product to the third persons;
- Use of non-existing return addresses when sending the E-mail letters and the Product order;
- The attempts of unauthorized access to the Products and the conducting or participation in the network attacks or network breaking.
While using the Product the reference to the site http://www.yurkevich.ru is mandatory. All rights are reserved and belong to «Yurkevich Engineering Bureau» Ltd., including the publishing right, right of the patent application, right of industrial models registration or right of design. Infringement of copyright is a subject of suit and reparation of the caused damage.
